Meet our Team: 

LUKE – DIRECTOR 

Founded Westhaven with Henry in early 2021. Growing up immersed in the family business of development and construction, he gained valuable experience early on in the family business. Luke is involved in every detail—from site acquisition and project design, to construction and delivery to market—driving quality at every stage. He is passionate about design, materiality, and creating beautiful spaces.

HENRY – CO-FOUNDER DIRECTOR

Henry has deep experience in the property sector. Since 2016 he has been Co-Chairman of The Grand Bahama Development Company Ltd., a real estate development enterprise that owns 75,000 acres of developable land. He is the founder of Polychronia Capital Investments, a Co-Founder of the investment platform Asymmetrix Partners, and a Non-Executive Director of the Freeport Harbour Company, Port Group Limited, and The Grand Bahama Port Authority. He works alongside Luke on finance and strategy for the Westhaven Group. 

JAKE – CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

With over 20 years of hands-on construction experience, Jake brings a wealth of technical expertise to the team. Whether it’s a highly-complex luxury home or a boutique development of five houses, Jake’s knowledge and problem-solving skills as a builder make the impossible possible.  His pragmatic approach, excellent organisation and attention to detail ensures all of our projects are consistently of the highest quality, on budget, and on time.

Working hand in hand with our tight-knit, trusted team of subcontractors is what ensures we make this possible. Each has been carefully selected, worked with us for a number of years, and brings something special to the team. 

 

From our in-house project and site managers to our carpenters, plumbers and electricians, you are in safe hands, working with some of the very best.  You’ll be sure to meet all of them should you work with us. 

 

Currently our immediate core team includes: Ed, JB, Ben, Arthur, Shirley, Sam, Ian, Brett, Garry, Conor, Nick, Craig, Charlie, Olly, Jamie and Chris, along with our trusted local partners adding to this contigent.
